Muladhara
Root Chakra ~ Foundations
“Where your attention goes, energy flows”

Element: earth
Most primordial, most dense
Yantra/Symbol: white background with four red petals and a yellow square. The square symbolizes earth as solidity. Color yellow is associated with the clay of the earth.
Bija Mantra (activator): Lam
Attributes: security, family, ancestry and grounding.
The original cells in your sacrum are the biproduct of your ancestry. If there’s a block preventing you from knowing your ancestry ~ that block can show up psychologically. This may show behaviours of detachment / avoidance. Behaviours signifying what we need to tend to.
Part one – inner work: start asking the questions
- What’s your relationship with security, safety, abundance, family, ancestry?
- How do I strengthen and create harmony in my relationships in relation to my ancestry, family, close friends and the earth?
Part two: implementing behaviours in daily life that reflect on inner work
- Check in with your relationships now (partners, friends, family)
- Recognize that you are the deliverer of those patterns
- Make the choice to keep bring healing to the patterns that caused abuse
- Meditative work in muladhara chakra
- Plant new seeds in relationships that signify to the others that you are breaking that cycle / pattern of abuse
- Work in the earth
- Yoga internally change brain states so your body can adapt to what is happening. Consistent practice is important
