Libra: Symbol of the scales. Balance and justice.
With the full moon in Libra, we are being called to reflect on our relationships, our inner personal dynamics and our outer social dynamics. How do we show up respectfully in our relationships while balancing commitment with our need for boundaries, and our own personal truth? There is an uncovering of our relationship to community and interdependence, as well as our relationship to independence and sovereignty. We are being asked to look at our values and our goals, seeing where and with whom they are aligned with.
This is a time for uncovering clarity and revealing truth. When there is no clarity in relationships, it can be hard to have trust. Without trust, there can be no foundation for building, cultivating beauty or creating movement forward towards shared visions. Committed relationships ask us to bend and flow together; to recognize what we are willing to compromise and what are our non-negotiable truths. Keep in mind if you are reaching out for genuine connection or out of habit.
Part of the Libra shadow is an uncertain or indirect communication patterns. If there is any resistance or hesitation in the ways we express our needs, we may find ourselves using subtle means to control situations. This is a potent time to open our hearts and share our truths to build trust and harmony in our relationships.
This time of the full moon has the potential for many consequential conversations of a fated nature. It may mean that we are bumping into people at a certain time or overhearing conversations that spark something within us. Even seeming mistakes that we may make at this time seem to be of a fated nature. With all of that being said, keeping our eyes, ears and hearts open at this time is incredibly powerful.

The Pink Moon highlights springs renewal-the blooming flowers and the opening of possibilities as we emerge from our old patterns and the darkness of winter to the light of spring and whatever is being asked of us now.
Why connect with the lunar cycles? What can it bring to our lives?
The process of re-wilding ~ connecting back to nature’s rhythms in our everyday lives.
The moon embodies our:
- emotions
- desires
- passive tendencies
- and our shadows (unconscious)
The full moon illuminates our highest potentials. It heightens our ability to be self-aware of the unconscious psyche (to reveal what was hidden.) The full moon is a time of completion after a period of darkness.

ACTIVITY:
Circle of influence
This is an activity adopted and modified from the Artist’s Way written by Julia Cameron.
Draw a circle. Spend a few moments inside the circle, reflecting on the things that are important to you. Dreams, goals, relationships, values and self-care practices. Write anything inside the circle that you wish to invite more of into your life. feel free to look back at the previous journaling prompts for inspiration!
Once you feel complete – name your circle. Write it on the top edge of your circle and box it in. It could say something like “circle of influence, circle of creativity, of dreams, of community, or passion, of vitality…”
Now, spend a few moments on the outside of the circle. What are the things that you would like to protect your circle from at this time? Remember, that this boundary is important for cultivating the life you want to live. It is healthy to know how the “me” can be in relationship with the “we.” These things still exist on the page, but they do not have influence over your inner world.
Place the paper on your wall, or somewhere you can look at it daily
